We want you to love your beauty tools, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Real Techniques purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, sponges and brushes must be unused and unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned beauty tools, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
